Whatever your fitness level, Club Montreal is your one stop shop for all your sporting needs. Come play volleyball, basketball, soccer, floor hockey, ultimate Frisbee, dodgeball or any one of our sports. Join us with your whole team, with friends or on your own. Most of our leagues are MIXED and self-refereed. For our more competitive athletes, we have a new array of sports with no minimum gender requirements and referees.
